It’s a New Year, which means a new year to look back at past resolutions that you promised you’d see through.

I bet like a lot of people, including myself, your goal is to be in the best shape of your life. In order to do that, you must eat healthy , which means not overindulging in junk food. It’s harder than it sounds, but maybe this chart will help you realize how much work you’ll have to put in to burn off those bad calories.
