Try These Exercise If You Have an Injury or Chronic Pain

Growing old sucks, you wake up with aches and pains and sometimes weird smells come out of you, but I digress, no matter what hurts or aches, there’s no reason why you can’t still get in some exercise.

DAREBEE (formerly NeilaRey.com) has several alternatives for high-impact exercises, like high knees, jumping jacks, squats, and push-ups. For example, you can reduce the pressure on your knees, by doing wall squats instead of regular squats. The illustration above shows how you can make high knees or jumping jacks easier.

Check out the link below for the illustrations and modifications for the other high-impact moves.

About Things That Make You Go Vroom

Welcome to Things That Make You Go Vroom — a blog dedicated to Automotive Enthusiasm, Love of Food and Home Decor. My name is Frank and I have teamed up with my best friend Charlie to bring a blog that is close to our hearts. Cars, Food and Home Decor. Now you might be thinking how lame this is, two grown men talking about guy stuff. But rest assured, that this blog will be far from lame. Our goal is to educate and entertain. We will be bringing car buying tips, car reviews ranging from affordable sports cars to my favorite, minivans. We will also be talking about food, from enjoying your veggies to marinating meats. And last but not least, home decor. Yes! Two grown men, talking about interior design. Hope you guys enjoy what we bring to the interwebs. Frank & Charlie.
