How to properly wear a scarf

Scarves are a great way for keeping half your face nice and toasty warm when old man winter comes biting. But for the life of me, I do not know how to tie a scarf, I usually just wrap it around my face and hope for the best.

I stumbled across the Art of Manliness where they illustrated the 5 best ways for a man to tie a scarf. Finally, I will no longer be fumbling with my scarf as i’m running to catch the train.

As Ted Slampyak illustrated,  The first 3 ways are for medium-length scarves for cool temperatures, which include above freezing and up into the 50s. The final 2 ways are for longer scarves and are better suited for those days that drop well below the freezing mark.

About Things That Make You Go Vroom

Welcome to Things That Make You Go Vroom — a blog dedicated to Automotive Enthusiasm, Love of Food and Home Decor. My name is Frank and I have teamed up with my best friend Charlie to bring a blog that is close to our hearts. Cars, Food and Home Decor. Now you might be thinking how lame this is, two grown men talking about guy stuff. But rest assured, that this blog will be far from lame. Our goal is to educate and entertain. We will be bringing car buying tips, car reviews ranging from affordable sports cars to my favorite, minivans. We will also be talking about food, from enjoying your veggies to marinating meats. And last but not least, home decor. Yes! Two grown men, talking about interior design. Hope you guys enjoy what we bring to the interwebs. Frank & Charlie.
